The poem "A Noiseless Patient Spider"by Walt whitman he expresses his imagination about a spider that is patient and making a web. He compares that to himself in his own inner soul. This all ties into the spider and himself to be a transcendentalist. He relates the spider to self relience and he always says me and i; there is no plural. He uses two of the five ids of the romantic belief.
The first I that he uses is that he uses Individualty where he expresses the spider by it self with no one around him. He states that the spider is isolated and not polluted by what people think and say. The other I that he uses is Imagination. He explained the actions of of the spider and explores the mind of himself. He explained saying ceaselessly musing, venturing , and throwing. He uses alot of his imagination.

Katy Perry Roar: "I used to bite my tongue and hold my breath
Scared to rock the boat and make a mess
So I sat quietly, agreed politely
I guess that I forgot I had a choice
I let you push me past the breaking point
I stood for nothing, so I fell for everything
Scared to rock the boat and make a mess
So I sat quietly, agreed politely
I guess that I forgot I had a choice
I let you push me past the breaking point
I stood for nothing, so I fell for everything
You held me down, but I got up (hey!)
Already brushing off the dust
You hear my voice, your hear that sound
Like thunder, gonna shake the ground
You held me down, but I got up
Get ready 'cause I had enough
I see it all, I see it now"
Already brushing off the dust
You hear my voice, your hear that sound
Like thunder, gonna shake the ground
You held me down, but I got up
Get ready 'cause I had enough
I see it all, I see it now"
This is a example of Nonconformity because she was raised in church and taught to practice religion. However, when she had her chance to spread her wings she did, and went a different way from her parents. She didnt conform to what she wanted them to be but turned away. People dont here that she wont be able to do anything without God and religion But she didnt conform to that thought but let that be her motivation to keep striving for her dream.

Idea Analysis #18 + commentary
John Krakauer may have many purposes for writing "Into the wild", but his main intention was to make himself a celebrity by writing about an interesting event. He felt the need to expand on the facts that were already presented. There were many things in the incident that were plain, but when Krakauer found these things he expanded beyond content. Therefore, he is not writing for Mccandless benefit or for his family but only for himself and the pros he gets out of it.
There are many questions about everything about this case. In my opinion, he should of left it alone and just go on with his life. However, he wanted to do something with it. Why? I asked that question constantly in my mind when this story comes up. For example, if i find a young gurl that ran away because of the reason, she wanted to feel free. In addition, she goes out and does some interesting thing and ends of dead. If i am a writer, i wouldn't try to all of a sudden become an investegator and try to solve the case. Unless, its for the benefit of myself and publicizing myself to the world using the deceased girl.
In the same case with the girl to Chris Mccandless, Krakauer should of just let the story go as a memory. This is a prime example that compares both in the same situation and why he made a mistake in my eyes. In his own, he did what is rite because he probably made money off of this book. Finally, we must look at the whole situation as a moral story, what would be rite for you. As for me i feel he did all that to make himself known.

Assertion Analysis 16+
Ralph Emerson is saying that we all are inheritly good and we should take the time out of our day to stop and listen to the good inside of us. Instead of listening to others and their own ideas and theories, we should listen to our inner mind. He said if we walk on our of feet, and many times people like us to feel their shoes but Emerson conveys to forget the shoes and walk barefoot. Therefore do not rely on others, ideas, and their beliefs but rebel and come up with your own. He uses Escapism to persuade us and others to get away and do it on your own or else you will conform. Also the thing that makes it transcendentalist is he uses Non-normal theory that to not conform to others but supernatural.
